研究方向
本研究组以青藏高原为主的中国西部高山生态系统为研究对象,采用野外样方调查、移除实验等生态学方法,结合高通量测序、定量PCR,宏基因组等分子生物学手段,运用结构方程模型,随机森林等统计学模型以及基于主体的计算机模拟模型等数据分析与预测技术,系统研究
1)垫状植物的保育作用对高山生态系统生物多样性与生态系统功能的影响,及其在高山生态系统恢复与可持续性发展中的作用;
2)青藏高原保育植物和化感植物对以微生物,线虫为代表的土壤生物群系的生物多样性,食物网结构以及功能的影响差异及其机制;
3)土壤微生物间的拮抗作用与抗性反应的分子机理与生理学特性,及其对微生物种间直接间接关系与群落构建的影响

8. 自2010年起,与爱沙尼亚塔尔图大学,意大利比萨大学,丹麦哥本哈根大学,新加坡国立大学生态学方面的专家均有学术合作并发表相关论文数篇
