　　2006年10月-2009年9月：武汉大学生命科学学院，生态学专业做博士后研究；

　　2009年9月-至今：兰州大学生命科学学院动物学研究所工作。

　　2010年，开始承担本科生的《动物学》野外实习教学工作；

　　2011年，开始承担本科生的《动物学》实验教学工作；

　　2012年，开始承担本科生的《动物学》理论教学工作和研究生的《行为生态与进化生物学》理论教学工作

　　研究方向

　　研究生期间的专业为水生生物学专业，研究方向为水生哺乳动物的保护生物学。既掌握了宏观生态学工作方法，又熟悉了分子生物学实验技术。此外还对动物解剖学和组织切片技术进行了研究。

　　做博后期间的专业为生态学，研究方向为鸟类行为生态学。以青藏高原鸟类为研究对象，重点探讨动物的合作繁殖行为和偷情行为的意义及进化。

　　目前在动物学研究所的研究方向包括鸟类学和行为生态学。仍然以高原鸟类作为研究对象，探讨鸟类亲子关系的发育、偷情行为对社会关系的影响，以及鸟类对高原极端环境的行为适应。

　　2008年主持中国博士后基金面上项目，题目《青藏高原地山雀婚外父系水平的种群间差异研究》，起止时间2008/08-2009/08.

　　2008年参加国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金项目，题目《动物行为学》，项目主持人为卢欣教授，起止时间2005/01-2008/12.

　　2009年参加（1/9）国家自然科学基金重点项目，题目《青藏高原特有物种地山雀的合作繁殖及其时空变异》，项目主持人为卢欣教授，起止时间2009/01-2012/12.

　　2010年主持兰州大学中央高校基本科研项目，题目《地山雀合作繁殖系统中的行为博弈》，起止时间2010/06-2012/06.

　　2011年主持国家自然科学基金面上项目，题目《青藏高原赭红尾鸲和角百灵亲子冲突的比较研究》，起止时间2011/01-2013/12.

　　2011年参加国家自然科学基金面上项目，题目《我国灰眉岩鹀种、亚种分化及其系统地理学》，项目主持人为刘廼发教授，起止时间2011/01-2013/12.

　　2013年主持国家自然科学基金面上项目，题目《家庭制鸟类亲子关系的进化研究》，起止时间2014/01-2014/12.

　　2015年主持国家自然科学基金面上项目，题目《灰喜鹊亲属识别机制随雏鸟日龄的发育模式》，起止时间2016/01-2019/12.

　　2016年合作主持国家自然科学基金面上项目，题目《高原灌丛生境下灰腹噪鹛的亲子关系》，起止时间2017/01-2020/12.

　　2017年主持国家自然科学基金面上项目，题目《备选繁殖策略对灰喜鹊终身繁殖成功的影响》，起止时间2018/01-2021/12.

　　荣誉、获奖

　　2017年获得第十二届郑作新鸟类科学青年奖。
