　　►个人简介
　　胡文发，硕士生导师，国家注册监理工程师、国家注册造价工程师。2005年-2006年为上海市杨浦区建设与交通委员会副主任（挂职）、2014年-2015年上海市虹口区国资委副主任（挂职）、2004年-2005年为Texas A&M University访问学者，兼任多家咨询单位的项目负责人，ICACTE（International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology）高级委员，曾先后担任ICACTE等数十个国际会议审稿专家和《ASCE Journal of Management in Engineering》、《Automation in Construction》、《土木工程学报》等众多国内外期刊审稿专家等。研究成果涉及建设系统仿真与优化、工程项目管理、建筑业监管、建筑经济与造价管理、采购合约与博弈、施工组织与现场管理、建筑设备集成、绿色建筑改造、工程信息管理、建设领域技术创新等。主持国家自然基金项目1项，省部级项目3项，国际合作项目1项，企业咨询项目12项。参加近30个国际会议，发表论文约90篇，著作15本，负责管理10多项工程建设项目。

　　►研究与教学领域
　　研究与教学工作聚焦于建设项目的全过程、全专业、全要素的集成管理，已经开设和正在讲授的课程包括：施工技术、项目采购、土木工程概论、施工组织与管理、项目管理、工程项目管理、工程合同管理、工程计量与造价、工程风险管理技术、工程信息管理、建筑CAD、建筑设备、建设与房地产法规、工程质量管理、建筑工程概预算、建筑企业管理、管理学概论等。
　　目前感兴趣的研究领域为四大方向即管理科学方向、行政管理方向、项目管理方向、技术创新方向。
　　（1）管理科学方向：拓展管理科学理论，提高工程建设系统管理的科学性，以建设系统仿真与优化为手段提高工程管理效率。
　　（2）行政管理方面：创新建设行政管理理论，提高建筑行业的监管效率，聚焦建筑经济与建设行为分析，工程质量控制、安全生产管理、环境保护、文明施工。
　　（3）项目管理方面：以工程项目微观管理活动为研究重点，强化复杂工程项目各专业的集成研究，提升工程项目管理效率。研究兴趣具体包括：建筑经济与造价管理、采购与合同管理、施工组织、质量与安全管理、建筑设备集成、绿色建筑改造、工程信息管理等。
　　（4）技术创新方面：主要是研究工程建设领域的技术创新制度、技术扩散机理、技术创新应用、技术创新对比等，以新技术促进工程建设管理效率。
