商学院依托北京语言大学得天独厚的语言环境，以培养“专业领先、外语突出、面向国际、协调发展”的国际化、复合型、应用型人才为目标，以用双语讲授专业课为教学特色，教学组织模式由中外学生分班授课向同堂上课过渡。

商学院下设金融系、会计系、国际经济与贸易系、管理系，同时设有区域经济研究中心、金融研究所、MPAcc中心以及商务培训中心，并拥有一个与路透社终端和世华财讯相联机的多媒体金融实验室、基于用友ERP软件为平台的会计多媒体实验室和国际贸易实验室。商学院招收金融学、会计学、财务管理、国际经济与贸易和人力资源管理的本科生及国际政治专业（国际经济方向）、计算机应用技术专业（智能金融与数据分析方向、智能财务与数据分析方向、区块链与金融科技方向）硕士研究生、会计硕士和金融硕士专业学位研究生。商学院现已发展成为兼具金融、会计、国际经济与贸易和管理等多学科、兼收中外学生同堂上课、兼顾国际惯例和国情特色的院级教学独立单位。
　　在师资建设方面，学院已建立了一支以中青年教师为骨干的师资队伍，职称、专业和年龄结构合理，全体教师均能用英语讲授专业课。在专业建设方面，学院不断加大教学改革力度，从办学模式、课程体系、教材建设、教学方法和手段等方面进行创新，积极进行特色专业建设，金融学专业现已成为校级特色专业建设点。另外，经北京市财政局和北京教育综合服务中心审批，我院顺利通过设立会计从业资格证书考点的申请，我院会计系应届毕业生只需在本校考点通过《财经法规与会计职业道德》一门考试，即可获得会计从业资格证书。
　　近年来，特色办学成效显著，我院学生在全国大学生英语考试、金融英语证书考试中名列前茅，在数学、数学建模、商务谈判等国内外比赛中也屡获大奖。目前，我院学生就业前景广阔，市场普遍看好，受到国内外银行、证券、投资、保险、进出口贸易公司及其他经济、管理类用人单位的一致欢迎。

　　Business School-BLCU offers undergraduate programs of Finance, Accounting,Financial Management, International Economics and Trade, Human Resource Management and graduate programs of International Political Economy (in route of International Economics), Computer Application Technology (Intelligent Finance and Data Analysis, Intelligent Accounting and Data Analysis and Data Analysis and Block Chain and Financial Technology) and Master of Professional Accounting and Master of Finance (Professional).
　　The distinguishing characteristics of Concentration plus English model necessitate higher requirements for a teaching faculty, who are capable of conducting lessons in English. Business School-BLCU has a highly qualified academic faculty with reasonable distributions in terms of specialty, and age.Business Schoolis engaged in innovation and improvement of teaching curriculums, materials, and methods.
