1.肿瘤蛋白质组学(与肿瘤高转移,肿瘤恢复转化的蛋白质发现及其功能);
2.神经细胞分化蛋白质组学(分化相关蛋白质功能及其调控),
3.蛋白组学技术方法及应用:癌的诊断,药物筛选,大分子复合物分离鉴定;蛋白质翻译后修饰
4.动物内源性纤维素酶和半纤维素酶研究:
(1) 动物中具有自身的葡聚糖内切酶,外切酶,葡萄糖苷酶结构与功能。
(2) 具有高活力的多功能的木聚糖酶及其酶工程。
