　　2007年毕业于浙江大学生物医学工程专业，获博士学位。
　　自2001年起，从事生物医学仪器、蛋白质组学、转化医学信息学等相关内容的研究和实践，参与了国家自然科学基金科学仪器专项课题《双激光共焦生物芯片荧光分析仪》的研究工作，以及与日本光电公司的国际合作项目《心电诊断系统》的研发。
　　2007年至2010年，在美国加利福尼亚州大学洛杉矶分校（UCLA）医学院生理和医学系先后从事博士后及助理研究员工作，参与了美国国家卫生总署资助的专项重点课题《Ischemic Injury and Protection，心肌缺血损伤及保护机制》和《Cardiac Organelle Peptide Spectral Library，心脏蛋白质组谱图数据库计划》的研究，负责心脏线粒体蛋白质组及磷酸化蛋白质组的标注、定量表达分析及蛋白质组知识库构建等研究和开发。
　　2010年10月回国任教至今，主要从事结直肠癌转化医学信信息学、定量蛋白质组学等的研究。
