　　个人简介
　　本人于1995年进入中国科学技术大学自动化系本科，1999年提前免试攻读硕士学位，2002年获得中国科学技术大学模式识别与智能系统硕士学位，2002年进入厦门大学自动化系工作，2007年获得控制理论与控制工程博士学位。目前主要研究方向为生物信息，主要从事RNA-Seq数据的分析与研究。2009年9月-2011年1月在美国南加州大学访问研究，曾获得厦门大学青年教师授课技能特等奖，全国计算机课件评比一等奖。主持福建省自然科学基金一项。
