　　个人简介
　　2010年6月毕业于英国曼彻斯特大学商学院（MBS),信息学博士,电子商务硕士。2006年起在英国曼彻斯特大学商学院担任助教和助研，主要从事Information System (IS)信息系统领域社会、组织、信任、行为和个人等因素相关研究。曾承接和参与过多个国际和欧盟项目。多次在欧洲和北美的国际权威学术会议上进行宣讲。在国外期间，曾担任多家IT公司咨询和董事。2010年8月起在对外经贸大学信息学院电子商务系从事教学与科研工作。主持过国家自然科学基金两项，教育部课题一项，校级课题多项。在 Information Technology and People, Group Decision and Negotiation, Computers in Human Behavior, Journal of Global IT Management，ICIS,HICSS 等国内外权威期刊和顶级会议发表论文30余篇，出版英文专著一部，申请国家专利一项，国家软件著作权一项。担任过Journal of Management Information System等信息系统领域国际顶级期刊和ICIS,HICSS,ECIS等顶级会议评审专家。获得过北京市第八届青年教师教学基本功比赛二等奖，北京大学生创业设计竞赛优秀指导老师，对外经济贸易大学优秀班主任等奖励。

　　研究领域
　　主要研究和兴趣领域有电子商务和信息系统各领域：协作工程学(collaboration engineering)，团队协作方法、流程与技术，虚拟团队，信任（trust）及其发展研究，服务科学、管理与工程（SSME），信息系统模式设计与评估，服务外包，互联网发展和策略，信息化企业和国内外团队中的组织行为研究，电子金融，电子营销和分销，系统设计与评估等。
