山东建筑大学测绘地理信息学院的介绍正文
测绘地理信息学科由土木工程测量教研室发展而来, 2002年开始招收本科生,2008年在土木工程学院成立国土测绘与信息工程系,2016年6月成立测绘地理信息学院。学院下设测绘工程、遥感科学与技术、地理信息科学三个专业教研室。设工程测量、摄影测量遥感、地理信息系统三个教学实验室,研究型实验室包括卫星导航定位(含GNSS 地面基站)实验室、定量遥感实验室、城市三维影像处理实验室、城市数字化空间模拟实验室。主要科研平台:山东省智慧城市协同创新中心、山东省数字城市工程技术中心。另外设山东建筑大学测绘与国土信息研究所、山东建筑大学遥感与GIS研究中心。
学院现有测绘工程、地理信息科学、遥感科学与技术3个本科专业,拥有测绘科学与技术一级学科硕士点(包括大地测量与工程测量、摄影测量与遥感、地图学与地理信息工程三个二级学科方向)、资源与环境专业学位硕士点(测绘遥感GIS研究方向)、土木水利专业学位硕士点(工程测量与BIM研究方向),与欧洲、美洲、澳洲等高校有交换培养本科生、研究生计划。目前在校本科生700人,研究生58人。
学院现有教职工52人,其中教授8人,副教授15人,博士生导师3人,硕士生导师21人,专任教师博士化率达75%。测绘地理信息学科带头人、校长靳奉祥教授为俄罗斯自然科学院外籍院士,《国家新世纪百千万人才工程》国家级人才首批入选者,瑞士洛桑高等工业大学(EPFL)客座教授。
近年来,测绘地理信息学科发表论文300余篇,被三大检索收录50余篇,出版教材著作6部,承担和参与国家863项目、国家科技支撑计划项目、国家自然科学基金项目等国家级项目10余项,省部级以上纵向科研项目20项,纵向横向科研经费2000万元。获省部级科技进步二等奖3项、三等奖3项。
目前,学院在校本科生700人,研究生58人,在校学生参加全国大学生各类科技竞赛获得国家级奖励10余项、省级奖励30余项,毕业生受到社会广泛认可,就业率及就业质量居省内同类专业前列。毕业生考研率在20%以上,升入包括国内同济大学、武汉大学、南京大学、中国科学院等著名高校和科研机构,还包括英国、美国及香港地区的的大学。
School of Surveying and Geo-informatics
Brief Introduction
Surveying and Geo-informatics Discipline was developed from the teaching and research section of Surveying of School of Civil Engineering, which began to recruit undergraduate students in 2002. Department of Land Surveying and Information Engineering was established in the School of Civil Engineering in 2008, which had two undergraduate programs in Surveying and Mapping Engineering and Geographic Information Science. School of Surveying and Geo-Informatics was founded in June, 2016.
The School has three teaching and research sections: Surveying and Mapping Engineering ,Remote sensing science and Technology, Geographic Information Science. There are three teaching laboratories: Engineering Surveying Laboratory, Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing Laboratory and Geographic Information System Laboratory. Research laboratories include Satellite Navigation and Positioning (including GNSS ground base stations) Laboratory, Quantitative Remote Sensing Laboratory, Urban 3D Image Processing Laboratory, and Urban Digital Space Simulation Laboratory. Main research platforms include Shandong Smart City Collaborative Innovation Center and Shandong Digital City Engineering Technology Center. Besides, the Surveying and Land Information Institute and the Remote Sensing and GIS Research Center of Shandong Jianzhu University are also set up.
The School has two undergraduate programs in Surveying and Mapping Engineering and in Geographic Information Science. The newly added program in Remote Sensing Science and Technology will begin to recruit undergraduate students in 2020. The School has Master’s program in Surveying and Mapping Science and Technology, together with professional Master’s program in Resources and Environment(research directions include basic surveying and mapping, photogrammetry and remote sensing, geographic information engineering and application, etc.) and in Civil and Hydraulic Engineering (engineering surveying and BIM research direction). The School also has exchange programs in training undergraduates and postgraduates with colleges and universities in Europe, America, Australia, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
There are 47 staff members in the School, of which 8 are professors, and 15 associate professors. In addition, there are 4 PhD supervisors and 21 Master’s supervisors. 75% of the full-time teachers are PhDs. Professor Jin Fengxiang, the president of Shandong Jianzhu University, is the academic leader in surveying and geo-informatics; who is also the foreign academician of Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, and one of the first selected talents of “National New Century Million Talent Project”, as well as the guest professor of Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL) and the researcher of European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN).
In recent years, the School has published more than 300 academic papers, of which more than 50 have been indexed by the three major retrieving systems, as well as 6 teaching materials and books. We have undertaken and participated in more than 10 national projects, including the National 863 High Tech Program, the National Science-technology Support Plan Projects and the National Natural Science Foundation of China etc. There are 20 government-sponsored research projects at or above provincial level. The total research funds of government-sponsored and enterprise-funded research projects are 20 million yuan. The School has won the second prize of Science and Technology Progress Award at provincial and ministerial level for three times and the third prize three times too.
The School now registers 700 full-time undergraduate students and 58 graduate students. Our students have actively been participating in various national science and technology competitions, and won more than 10 national awards and 30 provincial awards. Our graduates have been widely recognized by society that our employment rate and quality of employment list top position compared to the similar majors within the province. Over 20% students choose to further their study by pursuing graduate study in the national renowned universities and scientific research institutions such as Tongji University, Wuhan University, Nanjing University and Chinese Academy of Sciences etc., also including universities in Europe, North America, Australia and Hong Kong.
