[个人简述]
邵枫教授:浙江大学博士,为国家优秀青年科学基金获得者(2016)、浙江省“新世纪151 人才工程”第三层次培养人员(2011)、宁波市领军和拔尖人才工程第二层次培养人员(2015)、宁波大学首批“浙东青年学者”,中国电子学会青年科学家俱乐部多媒体技术与虚拟现实专委会委员、中国图象图形学会青年工作委员会通讯委员,担任PLOS ONE (SCI期刊)编委。近年来主要围绕三维视频系统的采集、编码、显示等核心环节的高效表示与处理问题进行深入探索研究,提出针对三维视频数据的感知、编码和评价模型,取得系列创新性研究成果。先后负责承担3项国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点基金等科研项目。发表SCI论文50余篇,包括以第一作者发表国际权威期刊IEEE Trans./Journal(IEEE TIP、IEEE TCYB、IEEE TMM, IEEE CSVT)论文20篇。授权国家发明专利40余项,其中4项发明专利成功实现技术转让。研究成果获得浙江省科技进步奖一等奖、教育部科学技术进步奖二等奖、浙江省自然科学奖三等奖等科研成果奖励。主要研究方向为多媒体信号处理与通信、三维视频信号处理与压缩、图像与视频质量评价等。
