    课题组长简介

    周磊,男,39岁,广西大学动物科学技术学院教授、博士生导师,副院长。入选首批广西壮族自治区高层次人才、广西优秀专家、广西“百人计划”,获广西青年五四奖章,中国畜牧兽医学会动物遗传育种学分会理事、生理生化学分会理事,农业生物化学与分子生物学分会理事,亚热带农业生物资源保护与利用国家重点实验室固定研究人员。先后留学德国糖尿病研究中心(杜塞尔多夫)、法国原子能委员会(巴黎)、美国宾夕法尼亚大学(费城)。2013年作为学术带头人引进到广西大学,建立分子营养课题组。广西大学是双一流学科建设高校,入选教育部部区合建高校。课题组隶属国家重点实验室和自治区一流建设学科,课题组现有动物代谢笼、核磁、CT等大型设备,具有生物化学和分子生物学研究的常规设备,在今后几年的双一流建设中还将购置近千万的设备,实验平台不弱于国内、抑或国外相关专业。课题组正在开展基因功能、高通量测序分析、小分子化合物筛选和设计(已购置Discovery Studio软件)等工作,目前已积累非常丰富的组学数据,非常欢迎对生物、生物信息、分子模拟、化学生物学感兴趣的同学加入。联系方式:zhoulei@gxu.edu.cn。

    课题组情况

    分子营养课题组依托广西大学动物科学技术学院和亚热带农业生物资源保护与利用国家重点实验室,研究方向为糖脂代谢调控,在医学上主要针对肥胖、糖尿病、脂肪肝等代谢疾病;在畜牧上研究脂肪性状对繁殖、肉质、瘦肉率的调控。已在hepatology、nucleic acids research等高水平杂志上发表多篇论文。课题组长周老师入选广西自治区优秀专家、百人计划、广西大学杰出人才培养计划,团队承担多项国家级、省部级研究课题。
